Il Gelso Nero is the perfect blend of Mantuan culinary tradition and the International Fusion cuisine that defines Chef Faruk Neziri’s style.
In every dish, meticulous attention to detail merges with the colors and aromas of the ingredients.
Faruk Neziri, known as Fabio, was born in 1974 in Bihac. He trained near Belgrade and later in Macedonia. After moving to Rome, he came into contact with prominent figures in the professional gastronomic world.
Following various experiences in Italy and abroad, on October 6, 2019, he officially opened “Il Gelso Nero”, a restaurant that combines Mantuan tradition with the Chef’s signature Fusion cuisine.
